Wristband Registration

• Register your wristband in the festival app (PRIOR TO PUTTING IT ON)!
• Your unique 6 letter activation code is located on the back of the wristband.
• Only register the wristband you will be wearing. Do not register wristbands for other people.
• If you experience a problem registering, visit the box office for help.

Wristband Instructions

• Do not put your wristband on until you have read these instructions and are on your way to Head In The Clouds.
• Slip the untightened wristband over your right wrist.
• Hold on to the tail of the wristband and slide the closure toward your wrist to tighten the wristband.
• Do not overtighten your wristband.
• Leave one index finger’s width between your wrist and the wristband for comfort and security

About Your Wristband

• Your wristband is your festival pass.
• Not replaceable if lost or stolen.
• Non Transferable.
• Void if shared, removed or tampered with.
